I had my first surgery 2 years ago. My face and my eyes, nose, and mouth are all small, but my concern was that my face looked flat and wide because of my lateral cheekbones, so I did my nose expecting it would balance things out and reduce the impression that my face looked wide sideways. (I asked for it to be as natural as possible -> silicone for the nasal bridge / artificial dermis + autologous cartilage for the nasal tip) After surgery, it definitely made my midface look longer, so my face looks less wide, and it looks better when taking photos from far away.. But the problem is that my forehead is flat, and because my nasal dorsum became relatively higher, the straight nose looks like it continues down from my forehead, so it looks too artificial. Also, I used to have a small, delicate overall look to my eyes, nose, and mouth, but now only my nose sticks out, so the harmony is broken. Some angles are okay, but certain angles look especially strange, and anyone can tell it feels like a silicone column was put in... (I didn’t notice it when looking in the mirror, but in photos or videos it looks really strange.) I shouldn’t have raised the nasal dorsum; I should have just slightly done the nasal tip like a soft upturned shape, but since the glabella and nasal dorsum suddenly became too high and sharp, it feels like only my nose is protruding from my otherwise flat face. So if you know whether the silicone in the nasal dorsum can be removed or lowered, how complicated that surgery is, etc., please share your opinion.. My family also says it looks strange ㅠ They don’t tell me honestly because they’re worried I’ll be hurt, so I’d actually prefer blunt honesty. I also feel that it looks strange, but I’ve heard that if I get revision surgery, I could end up with other problems like contracture, deviation, uneven nostrils, and then need second, third, or even more revisions, so I’m also wondering whether I should just live like this, and I’m scared.. It costs a lot of money and there are many side effects, so I’m thinking that even if it looks a bit strange, as long as it isn’t too severe, it might be better to just live with it. First, I’ll upload only photos of my nose before surgery and the angles after surgery that I think look strange. If I show other angles, I think people might say it looks okay. (It’s fine to say it’s definitely too obvious, or that it looks really strange, or that at this level I should just live with it. Please give me various honest opinions! I won’t be hurt, so please be blunt.)
