Nose Surgery Reviews

A closed-tip rhinoplasty consultation review I’m writing for myself

Closed approach + no implant + nasal tip Desired look: polished-natural, but without making only my nose stand out too much on my face. I never thought I had much of a nasal bridge, but at every clinic they said I did have a bridge, so I didn’t need bridge work, and that if I only did the tip, it would likely turn out naturally, the way I wanted. So I changed my mind to tip-only. Since I’m an office worker, I looked into closed approaches, and originally I became interested in rhinoplasty after seeing Kozelko, then while researching I saw Nose Beam and thought I should do Nose Beam.. But then I still felt it was right to go around for consultations, so this is my review from clinic shopping!! List: ㅇㅍㄹㅅ, ㄷㅌㅁ,, ㅂㄹㅋ, ㄷㅌㅇㅌ, ㅇㅆ ㅇㅍㄹㅅ - I was quoted 5.8 million won.. With same-day booking, nose photo disclosure (they said only the eyes would be covered), and writing 8 reviews, it was in the high 4 million won range. Functional surgery was 2.5 million won and they explained that private insurance would apply. It felt like overtreatment.. There was no pressure to book / Took a CT, consultation fee 10,000 won Until I took the CT, I lived without knowing my nasal septum was deviated.. Even on CT, it was only very slightly deviated, I breathe well, and I’ve lived my whole life not knowing whether I had rhinitis, so I said I just didn’t want functional surgery, but they said I absolutely had to do functional surgery together. So a rich-looking nose was impossible and only a porcelain-like nose was possible / Closed approach possible They said they would wrap ear cartilage in fascia? shape it and insert it. They explained that the ear shape could change. They said they would provide swelling laser, pumpkin juice, swelling injections, etc., so I didn’t need to prepare anything. It was the first clinic I went to for consultation, so I went in with high expectations, but I was disappointed, so I don’t think I’ll go here. ㄷㅌㅁ - The place famous for Nose B. Mid-2 million won range. / No CT, no consultation fee / No pressure to book, but you do have to upload a review This was actually a clinic I felt okay about because I met a good consultant. I met two directors, and I liked how they shaped the line for me. No splint or cotton, only taping for 3-4 days! / Rather than Nose B (cartilage tying), they recommended MegaDerm + nasolabial angle + vertical tying There are quite a few negative reviews too, but since there are many reviews, I thought that at least means they have a lot of clinical experience. But I met Director ㅊㅈㅎ, and he looked so, so busy... If anything, he seemed too busy.. so... I also felt like he might pay less attention to me. Still, after coming back from the overtreatment clinic above, the fact that they said no cartilage needed to be harvested, and that it seemed like something between a short procedure and surgery, around 30 minutes to 1 hour, made me more drawn to it. - I went after making a reservation, but I couldn’t meet the director;;;; / No CT, no consultation fee I’ll just share the rough quote the consultant gave after looking. Tip only was mid-2 million won / If the tip is raised and a step-off forms, they use donated dermis to fill it, +500,000 won; alar reduction from the inside +500,000 won (this is optional) In the end, total mid-to-high 3 million won Since I couldn’t meet the director.... I just decided not to go here.. ㅇㅆ - The hospital with an exclamation mark at the end. / Quote in the low 4 million won range > with event review conditions, mid-to-high 3 million won / Consultation fee 11,000 won They explained things in quite a lot of detail, I liked the line, and the consultant didn’t over-recommend things, so the consultation felt comfortable!!! Here too, they said tip-only would likely look natural and pretty, and that my nose is the best type for rhinoplasty and one that would come out well, so they were confident. Closed approach possible, AS for 1 year / They said they would build up the nasal tip with ear cartilage and use fascia to eliminate the tip step-off. Splint 4-7 days, cotton removed after one day, stitches removed at 2 weeks There was slight? pressure to book. They said if I paid 100,000 won today and didn’t set a surgery date, it would definitely be 100% refundable. I liked everything, but maybe because I started consultation shopping with Nose Beam in mind, it suddenly felt like it was turning into such a major surgery, so I suddenly got scared.. But it ranks 2nd-3rd for me. ㄷㅌㅇㅌ - Low 1 million won range / No CT, no consultation fee There were so, so, so few reviews I debated whether to remove it from my list, but the few reviews that existed were strangely my taste, so I went. They raise the tip by placing ear cartilage above the tied cartilage; they said lowering the columella with a closed approach would be difficult. I was worried it would become an upturned nose, but they said since my nostrils don’t show to begin with, it would be prettier if the nostrils showed slightly. During the consultation, they looked at my nose well, the line was okay, and they asked two or three times whether I had more questions. No splint, no cotton, taping for 7 days / No pressure to book / I asked about aftercare, and they said if I want it when I come for follow-up, they’ll give me a swelling injection. ㅂㄹㅋ - Mid-to-high 3 million won / Took CT, consultation fee 10,000 won I found out about it while looking for something similar to Kozelko, so I went thinking about the cartilage particle nose injection, and if only doing the cartilage particle nose injection, it was the same as the event price, 1.65 million won. But after adding this and that, it came out to the mid-to-high 3 million won range. The director’s consultation was very detailed; he showed papers, videos, and photos, trying to help me understand what kind of surgery it was. He also showed expected progress in Photoshop for when done by injection and when done by open surgery, which helped me judge. Possible with cartilage particle injection / Procedure time around 30 minutes / It seemed like they break it down smaller than other places. They said they only use ear cartilage from one side / I heard there’s no splint or cotton, only taping / After consultation, there was no pressure for a deposit. For the deviated septum, they said if it hasn’t been uncomfortable in daily life, I don’t need surgery. I feel like this clinic’s aesthetic and mine don’t match, so I don’t think I’ll go here... I wanted a rounded but defined nose, but they seem to like a slightly pointed look. I liked the surgical method the most... It’s just that the director’s aesthetic didn’t match mine. I went around for consultations intending to do only the tip, and except for ㄷㅌㅁ, everyone said they would use only ear cartilage, so the material was consistent. There are more places I want to see, but I think I could choose from the places I’ve already visited. I think I’ll probably go to either ㄷㅌㅇㅌ or ㄷㅌㅁ. But after actually going to consultations, I’m wondering whether it’s really okay for me to get nose surgery.... I’m torn!!! Below is the list I gave up on after considering seeing them too. Nose Lab > I don’t think I’ll go because the price doesn’t match me. Too expensive You Can Be > I’m debating because people say the nose shape becomes triangular VN > I was interested in One-Day No-Implant too because it seemed like a cartilage injection
