Since I don’t like anything that looks artificial, I wanted even the fat grafting to look natural, so I asked for that during the design consultation, but now I think I should have had a little more added It feels like it’s disappearing faster than I expected, so I hurriedly scheduled the date for the second grafting session. My nose swelling is also going down naturally, and the nasal tip that looked slightly upturned from the side has naturally come down. To be honest, I made a big fuss to the clinic because I was worried the swelling wouldn’t go down.. but they reassured me a lot, so I was able to get through that anxious period(?) well haha For the autologous costal cartilage incision site, the clinic gave me sheets for scar care. They said it’s best to keep applying them consistently, so it’s a bit annoying... but I’m wearing them properly. The scar still looks a bit red~ I’m definitely more satisfied than before my revision rhinoplasty! Maybe that’s obvious haha How should I put it, the quality of the three-dimensional definition has changed. Anyway, that’s how it feels.
