Breast Fat Grafting Review

I was looking into upper-body liposuction because I wanted to get it done, and then I learned about breast fat grafting, so I thought I should do fat grafting while getting liposuction and visited Glovi. I didn’t have concerns about my breast size, but I was concerned about the sagging shape of my breasts, so I decided because I wanted to fill the upper breasts while getting liposuction. I tend to have more fat on my upper body than my lower body, so I wanted to do liposuction only on my arms, abdomen, and back flanks and put it into my breasts. But after consulting with the doctor, they said the amount of transferable fat from my upper body was insufficient, so I had no choice but to include my thighs too. Because of the fat grafting, there were more areas that had to be harvested.. but since I was doing it anyway, I decided I should go ahead with it, so that’s how we proceeded. I had the surgery with Director Kim Jae-in. Before surgery, I was about a B cup, and right after surgery I came out between a full C and D cup. I heard 270 cc was put into the left and 300 cc into the right. On the first day after surgery, it didn’t hurt much, but from the second day, the breast pain was the hardest part. My fever kept going up and down for over a week, so in my case, daily life was a bit difficult without a caregiver. My arms and abdomen didn’t hurt at all, and my thighs were just a little bothersome when sitting. The problem was that my fever showed no sign of going down, so it was really hard, but a few days after the stitches were removed, the pain all disappeared like a lie and the fever dropped suddenly. It was kind of amazing, and I also thought that if the painful period is about this long, I could do it again. Because of engraftment + the pain, I kept eating and sleeping repeatedly, so my weight went up a bit, but compared to before surgery, my arms, legs, and abdomen are slimmer and only my breasts got bigger, so I really like it. First of all, what made me happiest was that the back fat on my upper arms went in a lot..!!! For the abdomen, I don’t know why they didn’t remove the upper belly, but the lower belly definitely went in, so now that I’m about one month out, even if I eat a lot, my belly doesn’t stick out much. I was worried about my thighs because I don’t have much fat there, but the line just looks nicely refined, so I’m even happy that I did the thighs! Before surgery, the director said the breast shape can’t be changed with fat grafting, but still, just as I wanted, the breast shape filled in beautifully and roundly only on the upper part, so I’m really happy.. As my arms got thinner, they seem to look even bigger. Early after surgery, my breasts were so firm and looked like a rocket shape, so I was worried, but as time passed and they softened, that all went away too. Honestly, even if I were told to do it again, I think I would.. My satisfaction is really high. I’m currently one month post-op and wear exactly a 75C. Once engraftment stabilizes, I’m planning to exercise again and diet, and I’m looking forward to my lines becoming even more refined.
