Every morning I wasted time putting on double-eyelid tape, and whenever I took photos with friends, only my eyes looked dull and unfocused, which was really stressful… I finally!!!!! got the eye surgery I had only worried about every day since high school lololol Honestly, once I actually had the surgery… it was no big deal?! It didn’t hurt much, and for about a day or two after the anesthesia wore off, my eyes just felt a bit heavy and sore? A little stinging? Like they were tearing up a little? That was about it! I had the surgery with the buried-suture method, so recovery was on the faster side, and especially for the epicanthoplasty area, I really paid attention to care so it would settle as smoothly as possible. They said the heavy feeling is a normal phase after surgery, so I endured it well, and the swelling around the epicanthoplasty area became natural over time! I like a natural yet defined look, so during the consultation I showed natural-looking review photos that I had prepared in advance, and the director really carefully checked the condition of my eyes (droopy eyelids + skin type, etc.) and explained everything so well, so during the consultation I gained a lot of trust haha After the surgery, the sleepy and stuffy-looking impression disappeared, and my eye shape became much more defined, so my whole facial impression changed!!! Truly a godsend move. More than anything, not having to use double-eyelid tape when doing makeup... this is so insanely convenient it almost doesn’t make sense ㅠㅠ Eyeliner is much easier to draw too!! Since my eye shape looks more open, makeup applies much more beautifully!! Every time I do makeup, it feels amazing, so I actually enjoy looking in the mirror lol It’s exactly one month since surgery now, so a little residual swelling still remains, but it’s gradually settling in, so I’m super satisfied and wanted to show it off, so I’m dropping this review and leaving~!!
