Today is day 4! I woke up in the morning and still have some pain. It has gotten incomparably better than when I opened my eyes on the morning of day 1.. Personally, I think the pain on days 2, 3, and 4 is just similar, about the same As for the V-bra and upper band, if the swelling gets too severe sometimes and it feels like the bra is digging into my skin(?), I take them off for 30 minutes only when I feel so itchy I’m going crazy, and do cold compresses. After cold compresses, the itching and pain got a lot better. Before surgery: 75A, slight pectus excavatum, severe asymmetry Surgical method: subfascial inframammary incision + thigh hybrid They said they removed 150 cc from each thigh, and 80 cc was grafted into each breast. Implants: right - Motiva Demi 320, left - Motiva Mini 230 I already trusted the director’s skills, and the person who did the dressing during aftercare was very meticulous and kind too! The consultant and other staff were also warm, so when I went for my follow-up, my anxiety decreased a lot. The size difference is huge;; There’s a 90 cc differenceㄷㄷ Maybe that’s why the side with Demi 320 has more swelling and pain and feels firmer compared with the left But like in the photo, right now the symmetry matches perfectly! They said it’s possible to bend at the waist and wash my hair, and I’ve been doing computer work since day 0 because I’m a bit busy, but so far it’s okay! But please don’t overdo it in the name of challenging yourself by raising your arms to put on small clothes or walking your dog That was a pain I didn’t want to know,, Fortunately, the pain has calmed down now, and the bruising and swelling are the same as the day before, so I think it was just sudden muscle tension that caused pressure. Every time that flinching pain comes, my heart drops On day 2, I diligently did the stretches the hospital taught me, but around day 3, even lifting my arm a little made my right nipple sting and hurt like it was being poked, so I can’t stretch, sob. Anyway, I can’t tell from the current shape, but I think it turned out well, so I’m satisfied! I’m going back to work starting today, and although there aren’t many tasks that require strength, my job involves raising my arms and some physical contact with people I am worried,, I’ll work as carefully as possible and leave another review at one week!
