3 months ago, I had rhinoplasty with silicone and ear cartilage, and my nose turned out really well, so I was satisfied.. But 1 week ago, at the same hospital, I had eye surgery (buried suture method) and a chin implant for a retruded chin, and today at another hospital, I had fat grafting to the anterior cheeks, temples, and nasolabial folds. (For reference, I only had procedures in 3 areas, and since I wanted a natural look, they said the actual amount of fat injected was about half of what others get) After getting fat grafting in the nasolabial folds, from the front my nostrils look lifted, and my alar bases look spread out, making it look like a bulbous noseㅠㅠㅠ The depressions beside my nose were a complex of mine, so I was going to get paranasal augmentation, but I heard it can make the nose look very upturned, so I just got fat grafting instead, yet my nose still looks upturned. From the side, there is almost no height difference, but maybe because the anterior cheeks are bulging, it looks relatively a bit lower, and originally I had slim, kidney-bean-shaped nostrils, but now they have changed into slightly spread, round nostrilsㅠㅠㅠ When I asked the clinic, they said it is temporary because volume has formed beside the nose, and that as time passes and the fat decreases, it will return to its original state. Is that true? For those who have had this done, how long did it take to go back completely? I liked my nose so much, so it has to return perfectly to my original noseㅠㅜ If even a little spreading or upturning remains after time passes, I’m going to go to the clinic tomorrow and ask them to remove all the fat.. Could they have touched the things placed inside my nose while doing the fat grafting?? I repeatedly asked them to please be careful with my nose.. If anyone has had the same experience, please answer meㅠㅠ
