Review after having nose surgery twice at one clinic and ending up botched; preparing for a 4th rhinoplasty

Had my nose done twice at ㅇㅌ and my face was ruined. I had previously only had my nasal tip operated on with ear cartilage, and I decided to have revision surgery because the height had dropped. It’s true that I wanted a more glamorous and slightly sharper look rather than the natural, rounded feel I had before, but I said I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and it became a straight nose. Even though, with my long face shape and long nose, the nasal tip should have been quite high, the director only thought about the nose itself. The result was a triangular nose, masculine-looking face, horse-like long face, long nose, Pinocchio nose. After surgery, I lived with an ugly face for 6 months, then thought, “This nose is botched,” went through all kinds of psychological stress, and practically lived without looking in the mirror. 6 months later, I received AS surgery, and the nose started becoming lower, but now, 2 years later after all the swelling has gone down, the director, who cannot focus on what the client says and whose judgment has no middle ground, made it into a half-upturned-line nose. For the bridge that I asked to be revised into a shorter nose, they inserted 1 mm silicone, and now my nasal bridge has completely disappeared (it is fair to say it looks like my original, unoperated nose). If you ask for a glamorous result, the director makes an artificial Pinocchio; if you ask to lower it naturally, the director removes the nasal bridge. I have much more to say about Director Jeong’s response, but if you message me privately, I will answer. Anyone planning to have surgery here, please make sure to visit plenty of clinics for consultations, and please, please have surgery with medical staff who consult smoothly with you and truly communicate with you, so that you can get the result you want. Additionally, autologous costal cartilage was harvested here, and now, 2 years later, I have a severe scar. This clinic could not control it even with treatment, and now they have forcibly stopped treatment, unilaterally notified me, and are not answering my calls. During consultation as well, I was treated dismissively, such as being spoken to informally, cut off mid-sentence, and the person getting up while saying, “I’ll handle it myself.” Ultimately, my nose was botched twice, and the autologous costal cartilage scar remains severe, so I am now in a situation where I have to pay additional medical expenses out of pocket at another clinic. This post was written based on consumer rights guaranteed by our Constitution and the Framework Act on Consumers, and I state that there is no purpose of slandering the above medical institution beyond sharing information and helping other patients.
