Revision eye surgery

I’m getting revision eye surgery, and I was absolutely. ab.so.lute.ly. someone who insisted on doing it with the buried-suture method, you know? So I intentionally went for consultations at places known for being good at buried-suture double eyelid surgery, but after going to several consultations and hearing some professional opinions about my eyes, I’m starting to feel like the issue I’m fundamentally concerned about might only be resolved with an incisional methodㅠ (My concern is that when I don’t put strength into my eyes, my impression doesn’t look clear, and the main cause is that the upper eyelid tissue comes down and covers the medial side. To improve this, they would need to go in with an incision and remove it.) Of course, there were places that said I didn’t need an incision, and when I said I didn’t like incisions, everyone did try to accommodate me, but somehow the common feeling was, ‘A buried-suture method is possible, but it will be resolved only with an incision.’ Would it be better to just do the incision? Or if buried-suture is possible, should I do buried-suture first?? This is giving me such a headache..
