Breast surgery day 6... cohesive gel, transaxillary incision (I have questions!)

I had surgery last Tuesday, so is this day 6? Or exactly day 5? Maybe because the swelling is going down, my stomach feels bloated, my breasts are tingling, and my ribs are aching too... ㅠ.ㅠ From day 3, I could bend forward a little and wash my hair. Since it was done through a transaxillary incision, I can’t raise my arms straight up as if saying hurray, but I can wash my hair at about head level. It still doesn’t feel like my own breasts, so the sensation is really strange. When will they start feeling like my own breasts? How long do I have to wear this compression bra that tightly squeezes my chest circumference? It’s so stuffy that I can’t even digest well. And about the size. Looking at most reviews, 270 or 300 cc seems to be the trend. Of course, implant size is decided by considering chest wall size, body type, and so on... Because of my job, I move my body a lot, so I wanted them to be as natural as possible with moderate volume... Left 225, right 250 (because my breasts were uneven...) I had smooth cohesive gel implants inserted through a transaxillary incision. I’m not exactly skinny, but my chest was completely flat. 160 cm and 49 kg... But I want to ask about implant sizes. Do implants come in 25 cc intervals? Like 200, 225, 250, 275, 300... Some people said they had 235, 240, or 260 inserted... The size I wanted was left 235 and right 250. But they said there was no 235. Sure enough, now it’s the opposite of before surgery, and the right side has become bigger. ㅠ.ㅠ They weren’t severely uneven before, but I guess a 25 cc difference is quite large. Of course there must be surgical swelling too, and it hasn’t even been a week since surgery, so I don’t know how the size will turn out, but when I touch them the difference is obvious, so I’m a little worried. For those who had surgery, are you dissatisfied with the size? Of course, matching both sides 100% is impossible, but shouldn’t they at least be made similar? ㅠ.ㅠ I’m also so worried about my first massage the day after tomorrow. Everyone says the first massage is extremely painful, but the place where I had it done says they give sedation anesthesia. But only the first time will be under sedation, and after that it will just be massage, so how much will it hurt? I’m already getting scared. It really seems like becoming prettier requires pain, effort, and money. Ah~~~ what a rough road it is... Everyone, let’s get prettier together, regain our confidence, and stay strong~~! Especially those who have had surgery, please give me lots of advice~
