I do like my previous eye surgery, but I thought it would be nice if my eyes were longer horizontally, so I went around for consultations for lateral canthoplasty. Since I was thinking about lateral canthoplasty, I also wanted the front opened more, and I wanted my eyes to look bigger, so I also had consultations for epicanthoplasty and lower canthoplasty. There were a few places that said they couldn’t open the outer corners any more, but this place said they couldn’t open them a lot, though it was possible to open them more. They felt the bone position and explained that they fix it to the periosteum, so there are fewer side effects, and told me how far it could be opened. I couldn’t open them as much as I wanted, but I was able to get a more positive answer than at other places. I had a desired eye shape, and they honestly said they would try to match the shape as much as possible with lateral and lower canthoplasty, and that epicanthoplasty probably wouldn’t have much effect so they didn’t recommend it. I liked that their style seems to be glamorous lateral and lower canthoplasty.
