The base case was one with epicanthoplasty + lacrimal lake exposure. I did get the sense that they had seen quite a lot of cases focused on restoration, and they clearly separated what was possible / what wasn’t, so that actually put me more at ease. Two places explained things too simply and didn’t seem to point things out in detail, so I passed on them. After going to consultations, I narrowed it down to ㄹㅅㅍ and ㅂㅌ.
