First of all, I’m about 160 cm tall and 52-53 kg, and because my upper body is rather lacking compared with my lower body(?), I often hear that I look thin. (I’ve even been told quite a few times that I look petite…) I think it’s even more noticeable because I’m a muscular type without much body fat ㅠ Anyway, the purpose of working out is to have a body that looks good aesthetically, right?? But one day I put on a sports bra and looked in the mirror, and I basically had no breasts ㅠㅠㅠ I didn’t feel motivated to work out, so I was barely exercising... It got to the point where I couldn’t work out more because I was afraid the little breast volume I had would shrink even more, so I thought that for my body and mind to be healthy, breast augmentation might actually be better, and I went around for consultations! My baseline: 75A / noticeably asymmetric breasts with a big size difference / dense breasts / no upper-pole volume 1. B (Gyeongchi): Sebbin Sub or Inte / based on the right side, RM 275 / recommended transaxillary incision with dual plane. First, the hospital is huge. I wanted to have it done by Director C.S.Y., but when I mentioned Sebbin, they said that director only does Motiva and passed me on to another director. At first, when I told the consultant that, based on my preference, SubLimiTee had the best feel and I wanted Sebbin SubLimiTee, she seemed to think I was just looking at the cheapest option and gave me a very cursory consultation. Then when I talked about my budget, her attitude changed, which felt unpleasant, so I no longer wanted to do it there. They tried that tactic of “if you deposit by this date, it will be this price,” and that actually helped me cleanly give up on them. 2. DT: Motiva or Sebbin Inte / based on the right side, Demi 320 or RM 310 / recommended inframammary incision with subfascial placement. Hybrid felt like “do it if you want, or don’t if you don’t.” The consultant was just incredibly kind... Later I found out that DT staff are famous for being kind. Everyone was warm and professional. I also realized the director has a good aesthetic sense because he correctly identified what designer accessory and what watch I was wearing! So I immediately got the feeling that he had both skill and taste. He measured my chest circumference, waist, and hip circumference, then said this was the most optimized surgical method for me. He explained it, and said my case wasn’t particularly difficult, which reassured me! He said my skin thickness was sufficient, so fat grafting (hybrid) wasn’t strictly necessary, but since I’m the type who worries a lot, I decided on hybrid because if I’m going to be under anesthesia and lying there anyway, I might as well have thigh fat taken out and add one more layer of fat to the breasts. I originally had appointments booked to visit a few more places, but after one consultation at DT, I canceled them all. Since breast augmentation techniques in Korea are generally standardized at a high level now, assuming everyone is good, I felt the place that gives me the right instinctive feeling is the answer lol I initially consulted for Sebbin Inte, but after issues came up with Sebbin’s company regarding acquisition/merger matters, I became too worried about the warranty, so as someone who worries a lot, I switched to Motiva hehe.. The two feel similar, but Motiva feels a little more like that soft squishy flour-dough toy(?) we used to play with as kids. Compared with that, Sebbin Inte has a nice bouncy, springing-back feel! Depending on the person, some people feel Sebbin Inte is more like natural breast tissue, and I felt that too! I ruled out Mentor from the start because I didn’t really want the completely smooth type, Mentor X felt too mushy, and Mentor Boost was too expensive and too firm. In conclusion, I’m doing Motiva Demi 320 on the right, thigh hybrid, and for the left, he said he may insert a sizer and decide after comparing both sides. For the surgical method, he said my skin thickness isn’t so thin that I need to go through the trouble of cutting the muscle, so I decided on subfascial placement! Oh, and I chose an inframammary incision. Since I’m the type who scars easily anyway, I think if it were through the armpit, I wouldn’t be able to lift my arms and would feel kind of miserableㅠ For the inframammary fold, I’m thinking maybe I can manage it and get injections. I’ll be back soon with my surgery review!!
