Nasal scar tissue Please take a look

Just looking at the photo, it looks like pus is coming up as if it’s inflammation. Does it hurt or anything?

It doesn’t look like just scar tissue, it looks like inflammation. I think you should contact the clinic as soon as possible and get it taken care of

[@쀼뱜] Even after removing the splint, I had inflammation come up overall, so I took antibiotics for 5 more days and they packed it again with cotton, you know? But even so, if yellow discharge keeps coming out only from the columella area, they said they put ear cartilage in the columella, so removal is probably the answer, right?

Please help me I had revision surgery (to raise the height), and it was so~ crooked, so I had corrective surgery at another hospital after 15 days. But it became much lower than before the height increase, and my nose became unattractive. Putting that aside, if inflammation keeps occurring even after taking medication like this, removal is the answer, but is it right to open the nose three times at the one-month mark?;;
