Day 11 after rhinoplasty

I’m going to the clinic tomorrow, and tomorrow will be day 12 after my nose surgery. I had silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage + closed rhinoplasty. My nose was originally small, but the nasal tip looks high and pointy, and the nostril wings look small. It looks like a witch nose, as if the columella was lengthened and pulled down. I don’t think it suits my face, and my facial image has changed Once the swelling goes down, I feel like it will actually become even more sharp and slim. The cartilage was tied too, so it looks even slimmer. If I ask them to untie it, can they? I want it undone It hasn’t even been two weeks yet, so would it be possible? My nose also looks pale, and the nostril heights are uneven. Can this be corrected? From the beginning, I didn’t swell much and barely had any bruising, and now I feel like there’s almost no swelling. To the point that the slightly swollen nose right after waking up looks better Will the nasal tip come down? I know I can’t be 100% satisfied, but I want to have everything operated on again.
