<Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery>I received non-incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction from Director Kim Jun-young at Willbe Plastic Surgery near Sinsa Station. I am a man in my 30s, and it has been about a month since I had the surgery. I had thought about double eyelid surgery for a while because of ptosis, but since I am currently undergoing atopic dermatitis treatment, I had planned to get it after finishing the skin treatment. However, because my eyelashes were poking my eyes, I decided I should just get it done this time. Since it was my first time getting cosmetic surgery, looking up information such as surgical methods, reviews, and so on took more time than I expected. I was newly surprised by how many plastic surgery clinics there are in Korea. With so many options, it actually became harder to choose. While looking through reviews about male double eyelid surgery, I narrowed my hospital list down to 4 or 5 places and decided to choose from among them after consultations. In my case, I seemed to have sunken eyes, my eye length was not particularly long, and the biggest issue was that my eyelid skin was thick, so I did not think I could get a dramatic change after surgery. Even so, it is only natural for anyone to want the best possible result within the feasible range. The hospitals where I had consultations each suggested different options (incisional, non-incisional, sub-brow lift, recommendation to have surgery after atopic dermatitis treatment). In conclusion, I had the surgery with Director Kim Jun-young at Willbe, and the reason was the director’s confidence. I felt that confidence came from experience operating on many different cases. He also said he had experience operating on cases similar to mine. I also liked that he was kind and listened well to the patient’s thoughts. The hospital’s consultant manager and staff were all very kind too, which was good. Since it was my first surgery, I was a bit worried, but because it was non-incisional and the surgery time was short, it felt less burdensome. I definitely felt that because the surgery time was short, the recovery time, such as swelling going down, was also very fast. Personally, I like my current condition at one month, and it is definitely more comfortable to open my eyes, which is nice.
