I think it’s been about 7 years. Please keep in mind that there’s no hospital that doesn’t have one thing or another said about it, and I’m leaving my personal opinion that it was a good hospital for me. At the time, I went to all the famous hospitals for consultations, and the doctor’s consultation wasn’t extremely kind, but I had the feeling that this person would operate without excessive reduction or over-resection, so I went into it with the mindset of just improving my complexes. Looking at old photos now, it seems the swelling went down over the course of a year. That doesn’t mean the shape right after surgery wasn’t pretty or anything. Since the swelling moves downward,,, I think you should expect about a year for the jawline to look perfect? So I think you can simply skip ads saying this or that after just 3 weeks. My current line falls straight. So even when my hair blows around, I have no complaints about my face shape. I missed the timing for pin removal, but if there’s no issue, I think I’ll live like this. If I were truly brave, I probably would have touched the front chin too, but greed has no end... I remember the doctor also saying at the time that it was minimal. Oh, and about cheek sagging. Cheek sagging does come, but I think aging is the bigger factor. I don’t recommend cheekbone surgery for people with a lot of facial fat. The fat does gather downward. Gravity from aging also plays a part. The reason I’m leaving this post is: don’t be fooled by exaggerated, unrealistic advertising. Rather than only looking pretty right now, look at the long term, go to plenty of consultations (focusing on doctors with long experience), and I hope you choose someone you still feel confident about. And I’m also leaving this hoping Dr. Baek becomes more gentle and can be a lot of help to patients going through difficulties.
