How should I remove it?

(photo removed) Hello.. I've posted several times before. But I haven't been able to remove it yet because I haven't had the time. At first I thought I should just remove everything without hesitation, but now I'm thinking about finding a way to preserve the tip of my nose as much as possible. Seeing my thoughts keep changing like this, I'm just so relieved I didn't remove it impulsively and took the time to think it over. For those who want it removed... I really know that feeling of wanting to go crazy and lose your mind. But I think you need to take a little time and properly, carefully look into what should be removed and to what extent, and what changes would happen afterward. Even now I still can't make a definite decision, so I'm posting again... I had nose surgery because I didn't like my hump nose and the way the tip of my nose was pointing downward, but when I was struggling with removal, I was overlooking that point. So even if I do remove it, I really want to keep the tip of my nose, but I was told that then there would be a boundary where the bridge transitions down to the tip... They said the area just above the tip of the nose (the very end of the silicone and also the thickest part) was 3 mmㅠㅠ. So I was told that if I want to remove it, I have to remove everything, and a hospital nurse said that, so I thought, ah, I guess I have to remove everything.. But as I read more removal posts, I saw a post saying the septum can also be lowered
