I picked places that are good at natural and naturally refined lines and have a lot of revision surgery experience, and went for consultations. I’m torn between Director Seo Jeong-seok at Jeongseok and Director Gok Nak-su at Goksaem. Is there anyone here who had revision rhinoplasty at either of these places? I also had consultations at OM, AND, and Premier, but in the end I’m debating between those two... Since this is a second revision, I need to use autologous costal cartilage, but I’m wondering which doctor is more specialized and skilled with autologous costal cartilageㅜㅜ;; Because of the risk of side effects, I’m planning to remove the silicone and not put it back in. I also considered autologous dermis, but I think I’ll pass on it. I’m really torn between the two places.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
