A lot of my friends around me have already had double-eyelid surgery, so they all said there wasn’t any pain.
In my case, it’s actually day 4 after surgery, and I don’t feel any pain at all. I usually swell easily, so my swelling is pretty severe, but it’s not causing me any real problems.
I wanted a semi-out look, but the surgeon recommended against it. The reasons were that there was a high chance of ending up with sausage eyes and that it wouldn’t suit me. When I actually had the consultation, they showed me roughly how it would look after surgery by manipulating my eyes, and I could see that it wouldn’t suit me either, so I went with an in-out line as recommended by the surgeon.
