I heard that you shouldn't casually take Song Hye-kyo's nose as a reference. It's such a refined, sculptural nose that it could help if your original nose assets can be upgraded, but if your nose is large, crooked, or long, I recommend bringing a different photo

I did it at High End. Mine was a tertiary revision Every time I did it, my nasal tip kept drooping, but after using autologous costal cartilage, there's definitely no drooping.
