I had Gore-Tex removed after nose surgery. It made me look too old and my nose looked like a foreigner’s nose. But after removal, the nasal tip lifted up and the columella rolled inward (it wasn’t a protruding columella originally either, but it went in even more severely). If anyone has had AlloDerm inserted into the columella to bring the columella out, please tell me what it was like. Sometimes when I’m watching TV and see Baek Ji-young’s columella, I feel it looks very unnatural. It looks like a straight rod has been inserted into the columella. I want a rounded, natural-looking columella, not that kind of columella, but the doctor suggested putting in AlloDerm, so I don’t know how it is.
