Since it was my first surgery, I had a lot of concerns about silicone, and they said they could proceed without an implant, so I had a consultation. They recommended no implant + autologous dermis, and without overtreatment, they even told me that my nose shape itself was okay, so I didn’t necessarily need to get plastic surgery.
