My nose surgery history is hump osteotomy + septal extension + ear cartilage used for the nasal tip, and it’s now been 11 months since my nose surgery. Since about a month ago, the step-off between the nasal bridge and nasal tip has become really severe, the nasal tip has drooped, and maybe the osteotomy was done too aggressively because my nasal bridge has slightly collapsed... sigh About a week ago, I went to the clinic to ask about AS, and it turned out they had inserted Megaderm during surgery without my consent?? lol sigh.. For the AS, they said they would dice ear cartilage and place it over the collapsed nasal bridge, cover that with donated dermis, and for the nasal tip step-off, what was it again.. I think they said they would fill it with ear cartilage But it hasn’t even been a year and my nose has already turned out like this, and they secretly put Megaderm in too, so can I really trust them and have surgery there? Honestly, the surgery itself scares me, so I’m hesitating, but whenever I look at my nose I get so stressed that I feel like I want to die.. I keep thinking maybe I shouldn’t have done it If I get revision surgery, I have to have it next month, and the cost is 1 million won including anesthesia and material fees... If you were me, would you just get the revision surgery?
명님84 Surgery is scary, but rather than being stressed for the rest of your life, I think going through it one more time might be better. Revision surgery at another clinic costs a lot, so if it feels burdensome, you could get the AS, and if you still don’t trust them, it might also be okay to look into many other clinics and get revision surgery elsewhere.
익명 [@Myeongnim84] Sobㅜ Is that so?? I think I’m getting even more impatient for no reason because it feels like there isn’t much AS period left... The cost issue is honestly on my mind tooㅜ Even before getting nose surgery, my nose wasn’t bad, so it makes me even more upset because I feel like I ruined it with my own hands. Anyway, thank you for the advice. I’ll think it over and make a good choice.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
