I have a question about fat grafting with lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning.

A lot of people say not to do fat grafting, but I’m curious, I understand that when it’s injected into the cheeks through a syringe, it can sag over time, right? But when doing lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning, fat grafting is done by opening the inside of the conjunctiva and placing it directly into the fat pocket, right? Can that also later sag or clump, or things like that??
