The most important things are whether you had ptosis correction and how much skin was excised.. If you had ptosis correction, it can be released, but I don't know about skin excision. Go back to the hospital and ask how the surgery was done. You need to know the surgical method that was used for revision surgery to go more smoothly too.. I know because I've had eyes that wouldn't close too, so take good care of them by using lots of eye ointment and artificial tears

Mine wasn't the two-line incision technique, but I had a lot of fat removed through an incision, and I also had lagophthalmos for about 3 weeks to a month. My eyes wouldn't close and a lot of the whites showed. I had surgery on 2/1, and now they close completely. It gets better with time! But it varies by case, so I can't say anything for certain

First, since dry eye can develop, sleep with an eye patch, put in artificial tears frequently, and watch a bit more to see whether your eyes close while sleeping. If it still doesn’t work, you can have recession surgery to make your eyes close, so don’t worry too much. In the meantime, pay plenty of attention to your eye health.

They really should take away that doctor’s license... If other people’s reviews are like that too, they should give refunds, seriously;;

I had double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, and at first my eyes didn’t close completely. Back then I didn’t know anything, so I didn’t know it was a side effect and just lived with it, but whenever I suddenly thought about it I felt a bit anxious. But now they close completely.

I also had double-line release, and double-line release is honestly such a bad surgery But separate from that, the lagophthalmos may possibly close. Mine also almost wouldn’t close in the early period, so I had to put in ointment eye drops? that thing, to sleep, but later it did end up closing completely. For now, don’t worry..
