If anyone has had surgery at Jeongseok with total removal and cartilage repositioning, please let me know... Even if it wasn’t at JS, is there anyone who had their nose done with that surgical method? Looking at Jeongseok reviews, they seem to overcorrect, so it looks a bit upturned... If I ask the director, is he the type to listen to my opinion and make it look less lifted?? I was originally looking into revision surgery and was thinking of using autologous costal cartilage, but they said they can do total removal and cartilage repositioning to make it rounded like my original nose, so I’m tempted.. But my original nose had a hump and a straightened-out nasal tip, so does that mean they can keep the tip from drooping? At the same time, I want the nose not to look upturned. Would that be possible?
