I’m distressed because my double eyelid surgery swelling won’t go down

I had surgery today, but I think they didn’t stitch all the way..

I had it done with the buried suture method, and they’re supposed to stitch all the way to the outer corner of the eye, but it looks like about 3 mm at the end wasn’t stitched. What should I do about this? Is it botched?
