It seems like the director has a clear design style they pursue...! They explained very diligently while even drawing on the photos. For the eyes, it felt like they would accept opinions to some extent, but even though other clinics said septal cartilage and ear cartilage could be used, they strongly recommended using costal cartilage, so I thought they must be pursuing a high, glamorous nose. I had no intention of using costal cartilage, so I passed haha. The consultant was kind.
