I had liposuction last December. I had my thighs and love handles done. Even after the suction, I made sure to go all the way to Gangnam once a month for radiofrequency care, even though I live outside Seoul. And now 5 months have passed. After the liposuction, I kept controlling my diet, and on days when I might have overeaten, I was determined to exercise really hard the next day to make it zero-sum. I kept doing yoga and gym workouts consistently. But I can’t see any dramatic effect. No, I wasn’t even hoping for something dramatic, but since I had surgery after spending so much money, I at least hoped it would be enough to comfort myself, but it isn’t even that much. I feel like I threw away my time and money. Nearly 5 million won and severe pain (mine was unusually bad; I could barely walk properly for almost 3 weeks;;) Was it too much to hope for a dramatic effect? I was so angry that I even called the clinic, but they just kept saying it would get better if I waited, that it would get better if I waited. I’ve waited and waited for 5 months. When other people already had their lines settled by the 3rd month and were happy with dramatic results, I was always looking at other people’s reviews thinking, ah, I’m jealous... It’s really sad that the results are different even though I paid the same amount of money. Especially for me, who hasn’t even eaten what I wanted since liposuction and has been exercising diligently for more than 2 hours a day. And calling it a side effect may be a bit much, but... I’m still wearing my compression garment now. When you first get liposuction, the swelling goes down toward the calves, right? But the swelling in my calves still hasn’t gone down. So my calves have become thicker than before liposuction. The area under my buttocks has sagged, so when I wear pants

I had been looking into ways to lose only facial fat, and I decided on facial liposuction because, considering how long the results last, I thought it would be better than contouring injections, Shurink, or Ultherapy! I’m definitely more sa
