Day 6 After Fat Grafting

I come in more than 10 times a day just to browse. I have an event with my in-laws the day after tomorrow, so I have to go down there, and reducing the swelling was so urgent that I tried all kinds of methods. I applied medicine that helps with bruising and swelling, but I applied too much, so my face became all wrinkly and uneven. The medicine feels so cooling/tingly that it hurts every time I apply it (especially when I put it under my eyes, I thought I was going to die), so I’m going to stop using it now. Getting stressed and not being able to sleep like this makes it feel like the swelling stays as it is, and the dark circles and wrinkles form as they are too. Fat grafting seems fine for other people, but for me it feels so difficult. I have really a lot of swelling and a lot of bruising too (the clinic manager said she rarely sees someone bruised and swollen as much as I am). Even as I’m writing this, my eyes are welling up with tears. If I had to go through stress exactly like this for just one year, I really feel like I would die. Anyway, right now the swelling from my forehead has moved down under my eyes, so I’m in a very puffy state. Though it does seem to be going down a little. I also did the nasolabial folds, and the bruising there is gradually disappearing. I paid 4 million won for the forehead, nasolabial folds, and Botox, and I honestly should have just bought a Chanel bag with this money instead. Anyway, I don’t care if the money is wasted; I’m just hoping to return to my original state. The manager told me not to go to the sauna, but I went and did it. I don’t know yet whether more swelling has gone down because of the sauna, and I guess it’ll go down only if I do it for a few more days. I want to go every day, but the bruising on my legs is no joke either, so I was so embarrassed I thought I’d die. Anyway, every time I look in the mirror, I feel like, should I call myself a cross-eyed fish, or an idiot with deeply sunken eyes? Something like that. I’m worried about what I should do to make the swelling go down quickly and make the fat look natural too. They say radiofrequency is effective, but how much radiofrequency treatment should I do?
