These days, meal planning is fun. I pack lunch to take to work, and I like that I do not have to eat excessively.
I like that I end up eating only enough so I am not hungry.
I had unlimited fat-dissolving extraction injections for my abdomen and love handles.
I go to the clinic every week to check my progress, check my weight, check my InBody once a month, and get weekly care with mesotherapy fat-dissolving injections.
What is interesting is that after getting this injection, I feel less hungry, should I say?
Anyway, they said going every week is good, so I am trying to go as close to the schedule as possible.
I think doing it this way gives stimulation.
If you do not have overtime, I recommend going every week.
And the photos are from before the fat-dissolving extraction injections, at one month, and at two months. My belly really became slimmer.
Should I say it became kind of flat? It feels like some of the swelling has gone down.
But there is still swelling around the love handles, so I am stretching to help relieve the swelling.
Also, during the consultation, they told me to exercise at the same time, so on days when I do not have overtime, I am trying to exercise as much as possible!
I am glad I signed up for the gym in front of my house.. sob sob
And how does my side profile look? Doesn't my belly look really flat?? It is fascinating.
I think visual body checks are the most accurate.
Actually, my weight has not changed much, but when I look at my body visually, I can feel that the swelling is gradually going down and I am getting slimmer.
