After my first surgery, my nose looked too long and the nasal tip also felt awkward, so I didn’t like it every time I looked in the mirror. The overall proportions of my face felt strange too, so I eventually decided on revision surgery, and this time I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage to make the nasal tip sturdy! The nose itself didn’t hurt at all, less than I expected. It felt firmly fixed, so I actually felt reassured. The real problem was... my ribㅠ It was a little uncomfortable when coughing or changing posture, so I did end up being a bit careful when moving. The swelling and bruising spread to the cheek area too, so it felt like my whole face was a bit swollen? The bruising under my eyes and around my mouth is almost all gone! There’s still some swelling, so I don’t know the complete result yet, but the nose length has definitely shortened, and my facial balance feels more natural than before Right after surgery, honestly I wondered, “Did I really do the right thing…?” but as the anesthesia wore off and I recovered, the swelling went down and I started liking the nose shape more and more, so I’m looking forward to it hehe I’m much more satisfied than before, and this time I’m going to try to recover well! After a month or two, once the swelling goes down more, I’ll leave another review with a more natural look I hope this helps people who were considering revision surgery like me!
