I corrected a deviated nose and arrow-shaped nose while raising the overall height. Silicone was used for the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. For the wide-looking alae, alar reduction surgery was performed, and rhinitis surgery was also done at the same time. It has been 3 months since surgery, and currently, externally, it looks natural as if I didn't have surgery. As for swelling, it definitely seems to have all gone down. I also had rhinitis surgery at the same time, and at the current time (April to May), during pollen season, compared with before surgery, the itching symptoms and nasal congestion symptoms have become much better.
