I have a pretty severely pinched nose, so I’m looking into revision surgery. Since the nasal tip is pinched, I’m wondering if the silicone also has to be replaced during revision surgery..... If possible, I want to fix only the nasal tip partially.. If I have to replace the silicone, then I’ll do it, but haㅠㅠ.... And for a pinched nose, what material should be used.. In my first surgery, ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used, and it still turned out like this, so I do think using rib cartilage from the start might be better for shaping it.. For consultations, I’m planning to book two places: Jeongwon and Lowell, which someone here recommended to me last time... If these places also recommend ear cartilage and septal cartilage again, I’ll go consult other places too..
