It's been 3 years since I had surgery with Motiva, and I feel like the texture is really awful.. I was originally a C cup, but after gaining and losing weight, my breasts got ruined shape-wise at around a B- or so, so I got surgery, but the texture feels so bad. My original breast tissue is covering the top, and the implant is underneath, and when I touch it, I can feel all of that. The natural tissue on top is soft, and underneath it feels like something firm to the touch. The director said that because my original shape itself was good, the results would be amazing after surgery too. So the shape is pretty, but the texture is soooo bad. And I prefer a slender body type, but my breasts make me look bulky.. I roughly chose the implant size based on people around me, and now they look too big. When I wear clothes, especially fall and winter clothes, my upper body looks heavy.. I'm thinking about getting revision surgery. First, I want to change the implant size to something small, just enough to shape my existing breasts, and the Motiva texture feels so bad that I want to change it too. But if I change the implants, will the shape change as well? I'm okay with them getting smaller, but I feel like each implant has a different shape, and I'm not sure if that's right. Is there anyone here who knows well..?
