Fortunately, there was no inflammation, and after checking the condition of my nose with the director, I decided to have revision rhinoplasty together with silicone removal. The nasal line is important too, but honestly, silicone removal was more urgent, so the shape was my second priority. But it turned out prettier than I had imagined, so I really like it. I did virtual plastic surgery, and on my face, a straight line looked prettier than a straight-with-slight-curve line, so I went with a straight line. The surgery went well. I like it, and everyone around me says it turned out well. For the surgical material, cartilage particles were used. They said that when an implant is removed, a step-off can form on the nasal dorsum, and this method fills that area by injecting cartilage particles. Cartilage particles were also used for the nasal tip! This time, I learned that the nose can become pretty even without using silicone. If I had known during my first surgery, I probably would not have used silicone.. I can feel that my nose is comfortable, so my mind feels at ease.
