I chose it because my mouth protrudes a lot, so there was the advantage of improving the philtrum angle too, but honestly, rather than there being some incredibly special technique just because it’s called a philtrum nose procedure, I think it’s a method of raising the nasal tip as high as possible and lifting the philtrum toward that side (...). As a result, because my skin and tissue are firm, it did not improve. It was only pretty right after surgery. Mine was a revision surgery, and I suffered from side effects... (I don’t particularly think this part was the hospital’s fault), so I won’t upload images.
