These are my eyes 8 days after surgery, and it’s been one day since the stitches were removed. When I first came out after the surgery, I was surprised because there was less swelling than I expected, actually not much at all. Since it was an incisional procedure, I thought the swelling would be severe. But I originally didn’t have much swelling or bruising, and it just kept going down, so I found it interesting. I’m satisfied because I think the eye shape came out nicely and to my liking. But I do regret not getting epicanthoplasty too. During the consultation, the doctor told me not to do epicanthoplasty, so I didn’t. At other clinics too, about half told me not to do it and half said it would be okay. So I just listened to the doctor and didn’t do it, but somehow the Mongolian fold bothers me. But my intercanthal distance is just about right, so I wonder if I should have asked them to improve only the Mongolian fold, and I feel a bit regretful about that. How does it look to everyone? Overall, I liked the eye shape from the surgery.
