I booked a consultation for my first eye surgery through the app because the line looked pretty. Even though I had a reservation, I waited a very long time and there were many people. When I actually had the consultation, it was very short, so although I liked the design, I had concerns. During the consultation with the consultant, there was also pressure to book, and in the end I scheduled a consultation elsewhere and had surgery there.
