Review of my posterior canthoplasty and under-eye fat removal!!

I finally had posterior canthoplasty and under-eye fat removal! Hehehe As you can see in the photos, the outer corners of my eyes were very upturned, so my impression looked really fierce. When I had no expression, people would keep asking if something was wrong.. I heard that people like me, whose outer eye corners turn upward, can get good results from posterior canthoplasty, so I looked into it. I also had fat under my eyes, so I removed that and had posterior canthoplasty together. Before surgery, they told me the surgical order in advance, saying they would remove the under-eye fat first and then do the posterior canthoplasty, and they explained everything, including that I might feel dizzy for a moment during local anesthesia. Maybe because of that, there wasn’t anything particularly uncomfortable during surgery. Even after I got on the operating table, they put something like hot packs on my legs, so it was very comfortable. After I woke up from sleep anesthesia, the surgery was already underway, and in my groggy state, I remember half-asleep nodding when the director and the nurse unnies asked if I was coming to. Aside from occasional stinging and the smell of burning flesh, it really didn’t hurt at all. They played music while doing the surgery, so I didn’t get bored. In between, the director would say, “This area will feel tight~” so I wasn’t anxious at all. During surgery, the director asked if I wasn’t in pain and said I was enduring it so well that it seemed like it didn’t hurt at all, and it really didn’t hurt at all~ I guess it’s because the director is skilled! It’s now been almost 2 weeks since the surgery` Time really flies, right~?? Now most of the swelling has gone down, so my double eyelids have become much thinner, and the swelling under my eyes has also gone down!! When sneezing or laughing loudly, the clinic told me to be careful about squeezing my eyes shut tightly or laughing too widely, so I’m paying attention to that. After the surgery, you can clearly see the outer corners of my eyes went down, right? My friends said I look much cleaner than before surgery and that my eyes look more defined!! They kept saying I did well!! And they said I look gentler~ When my outer eye corners were a bit upturned, I looked fierce and all... Satisfied, satisfied~ ^^ * I’m satisfied, but how does it look to you all? Please evaluate it honestly~
