I'm 3 weeks post-op From some angles it looks okay, but sometimes it looks shockingly high ㅠ What do you think? Could this also be swelling? They said lowering the height can be done easily, so should I try a retouch after 6 months.. It's no implant, autologous costal cartilage ㅠ
yooare Right now it seems raised because of swelling! Even up to 6 months, the minor swelling keeps going down!!

하늘다람지지지 I also had mine done with autologous costal cartilage, and with autologous costal cartilage, I don't think the height really comes down just because the swelling goes down. Still, it becomes a lot more natural as the swelling subsides! And to my eyes, your nose right now doesn't look particularly that high or unnatural

Lalaby Swelling! Plus, if you didn't put anything in the nasal bridge, it may look even more swollen because of that. Wait until around one or two months. The glabella and nasal bridge area still look quite swollen
