I don’t think I should say which hospital did my previous surgery. As soon as the splint came off after surgery, I thought, ah, the hump wasn’t fully improved. When I asked, they said this originally can’t be improved 100% even with silicone, and that they had improved it as much as possible, so I just thought okay, I guess so. But starting after 1 year, my nasal tip began to droop? Up to that point, I just brushed it off because everyone seems similar. But after more time passed, the silicone inside my nose started moving and became crooked. And I had already had some nasal congestion, but after surgery it felt much worse. When you just look at the side profile, you might think, is it really that bad? It was seriously hard, really... Anyway, since I try to keep a healthy mindset, I think I started looking into revision surgery thinking, since it’s come to this, let’s improve everything from the hump to rhinitis! lol I was definitely not going to do it at the previous hospital, and since I wanted everything including rhinitis improved, I looked into functional rhinoplasty and had the surgery. Now I wonder why on earth the previous hospital said this couldn’t be improved. Now the hump, drooping nasal tip, rhinitis, and silicone movement have all been fixed, and even the nose line looks much more dramatic and pretty than before. Part of me thinks maybe I should have chosen the hospital better for my first surgery, but part of me also thinks succeeding on the second try is still something ㅠㅠ
