I had it removed through an open approach, and I don’t think they released the cartilage that was tied togetherㅠ But the strut and columella are still straight.. If the columella would just sink down a little, it would look somewhat like my old nose and my nostrils wouldn’t show either. Will this come down over time? It’s already been two and a half months nowㅠ ㅠ It really looks like some strange third nose...ㅠㅠ I’m getting more and more mentally overwhelmed....ㅡㅡ I really shouldn’t have had the surgery itself. Because of one nose, nothing feels enjoyable no matter what I do... I feel like I completely ruined my life.
