Hi everyone! I've had a complex about my legs since my school daysㅠ Even when I was doing dance, I weighed as little as 39 kg?? But my thighs were sturdy, so my teacher teased me and said they looked like chicken drumsticks.. That teacher probably meant it as a joke, but from the perspective of someone who had a complex, those words hurt, so I still remember them vividly.. Sigh lol I regret all the time I spent in my 20s just thinking about liposuction.. If I had done it earlier, I could have worn prettier clothes and my self-esteem would have gone way upㅠ That's how extremely satisfied I am! I had 360-degree thigh liposuction, and at 160 cm/55 kg, I had 2,400 cc of pure fat removed. Now I'm maintaining 160 cm/49-50 kg, and since I have muscular legs, they aren't skinny to the bone, but now that my leg line is defined, my legs look longer and the fit of clothes and leggings is definitely different haha Before thigh liposuction, I was really worried about buttock sagging and wondered whether the sagging would be severeㅠ My buttocks are already on the larger side, too.. But maybe because I exercise consistently, there is no sagging at all! I keep doing yoga, weight training, and hiking about 3-4 days a week, and on days when I eat a lot, I do intermittent fasting to extend my fasting time, and I also walk around the neighborhood to get in some fasted cardio! I eat 2 meals a day. I eat a fairly filling meal during the day and keep dinner simple! After 8 o'clock, I don't put anything in my mouth except water.. Whenever I hit a rough patch, I look at old photos of my legs... lol In the past, with alcohol, I used to drink like crazy.. tons of side dishes.. then come home, my appetite would explode, and I'd have gukbap, ramen... hahaha These days, I don't even touch alcohol, and even if I do drink, I've cut it down to about one glass of beer haha I praise myself... haha Even though I had surgery, I think consistent maintenance really is the answer! For the summer that's coming soon, I'll manage myself even more strictly and try wearing shorts!! Let's go, let's go
