I have sausage eyes.. Between double-line excision and excision, which method has less risk and is less likely to leave a lot of scarring?ㅠ I haven’t had a consultation yet, so I know there’s no point worrying in advance.. but I’m planning to visit ㅁㅅㄹㅇ and ㄱㅎㅅ first for consultations I heard from reviews that double-line excision is a last resort, but everyone who’s had double-line excision or excision, were the scars or line okay?
액이고향 It seems like a lot of people do it with double-line excision, so when you go for consultations, ask everything you’re curious about first. Also look for hospitals for a second round of consultations ㅠ
무왕무왕 I heard that you have to accept some level of risk with both.. After you visit those places for the first round, where are you going for the second? Places like ㅅㅅ and ㅇㅇㅂ also seem to do double-line excision.
소세지탈출하고싶다 Both definitely have pros and cons...! The downsides of double-line excision are scarring and overlapping folds, but they say overlapping folds won’t happen if you go somewhere skilled, have the adhesions released well, and manage it well. As for scarring, since it’s literally making two lines, it does seem to leave some. The downside of excision is that because skin is cut out, it’s completely impossible to restore it to the original state... If too much is excised, the eyes can look lifted or... problems like that can happen...? But personally, I think it’s important to visit a lot of places and understand exactly what condition your eyes are in!
양파 It really is a last resort. If there isn’t enough extra skin, that’s the only optionㅠ I also had revision surgery at ㅇㅅㅇㅇㅈ, and I’m living much more at ease than before I had it done.
쉐하 Just doing double-line excision is better. You need to have skin first to be able to do anything. Once you cut it out, you can’t do anything.

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
