고돌롬 I am also the type with excessively bulging under-eye skin, so I am looking into surgery. They say that when the under-eyes are bulging, many people also get under-eye fat removal surgery. Fat can be evenly positioned with repositioning too, but because it has a tendency to inevitably fill back up again, I heard that removing only as much fat as needs to be removed is much more effective.
