I had a consultation for complete removal of ear cartilage, silicone, and septal cartilage. They told me that even with complete removal, my nose wouldn't become upturned and would return to looking very similar to my natural nose, so for now I've decided to trust them and go ahead with the surgery ㅠㅠ I also went to two other clinics, but Siwoo had the fewest risky reviews. Even if I have to give up a bit on the shape, I want to choose the safer route. One of my side effects is visibility of the nasal tip cartilage, and they said they would resolve this by layering ear perichondrium over it. I'll come back with a surgery review.
