I had my nasal hump shaved down, osteotomy done, and donated dermis placed over it. When the splint came off it looked smooth, but after about 4 days? the area where the hump was shaved started protruding bluntly. When I press it, it kind of feels soft, or maybe not, I don’t know. Could it be swelling? It’s been a little over 3 weeks now. Does this kind of case happen?
