I had rhinoplasty, but once all the swelling went down, it wasn’t the image I had imagined, so I felt pretty depressed ㅜ I did have a low nose, but my features aren’t bold and are on the smaller side, so I was even more scared that if I made my nose too high, only my nose would stand out. That’s why I looked into a natural-looking result. I had 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage, but I was actually more satisfied when the splint came off and it was still very swollen. Back then, even though it looked really high, it wasn’t as unnatural as I expected, so I thought I’d be satisfied if it went down moderately from there. But in the end, once all the swelling went down, it looked too natural ㅜ I wanted my face to look a bit more three-dimensional. But when I look at clinics known for dramatic noses, a lot of their shapes are too flashy or unnatural, and I don’t want a nose shape that’s too flashy ㅠ Is there anywhere that’s good at noses while placing a higher silicone implant? If possible, I’m even considering 5 mm or more..
Djdkdj I got 4 mm at a clinic ..they only do noses there. But if you say you want to increase the silicone height a lot, they’ll probably adjust it for you anywhere

김만쥬우 But I guess there really is a height that suits each person. Someone I know got around 3.5, I think, and said it looks too high, so they’re debating whether to have revision surgery
인뉴 [@김만쥬우] Right, right. I also thought anything over 3 mm would be a huge problem ㅋㅋ But on me it was too natural, so I was dissatisfied. I never even looked into the dramatic-nose side and only looked at natural styles, so I didn’t know I’d end up feeling this way either
